POSITION : School Psychologist Long Term Substitute
LOCATION : Sandy Hook Elementary School
ASSIGNMENT DURATION : August 24, 2026 January 8, 2027 (approximate dates)
SALARY RANGE: Based on the current Newtown Federation of Teachers' contract

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide full range of school-based psychological services to elementary school aged students
• Conduct appropriate evaluations for students referred for special education
• Assist staff in program planning and the development of appropriate interventions
• Experience Preferred

QUALIFICATIONS : Valid CT State Dept. of Education Certification as a School Psychologist
