Job Goal: To establish and implement a humanistic approach to student discipline, to supervise and evaluate faculty and staff, and to assist in the daily operation of the school.
Performance Responsibilities:
1.To implement school and district policy, rules and regulations for teachers, students, and parents.
2. Good written and verbal communication skills.
3. Implement student attendance procedures for those groups of students assigned.
4. Administer and evaluate the discipline procedures of the school with special responsibility for those areas and students assigned.
5. Observe teachers in the classrooms and complete appropriate reports.
7. Attend regularly scheduled administrative meetings.
8. Supervise and evaluate support staff.
9. All other tasks assigned by the building principal.
Terms of Employment: 12-month year
