Supervise and collaborate with a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver comprehensive care. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals. Participate in team meetings and coordinate with educators and parents to ensure optimal student outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and follow district policies and guidelines. Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings. Ability to supervise and mentor COTA staff effectively.
