Students come to RTHS from 6 different feeder districts. There are approximately 70 certified faculty, and 30 non-certified staff members at RTHS. The person who fills this position would join a team of 5 other administrators. This person will work closely with the principal and the other dean of students, and have direct contact with students on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will need to be able to build strong relationships with students, parents, and faculty members in order to provide the best educational opportunity possible. RTHS exists to prepare students for future success. Contract Length: 10 Month Contract Salary and Benefits: The starting salary for this position is between $65,000 - $67,500. Additional compensation will be granted for those candidates with administrative experience. Benefits can be found in the Collective Bargaining Agreement found at www.rths193.org. Qualifications: Holds a valid Professional Educators License with an Administrative Endorsement. Illinois certificate preferred, but not required. Must possess good human relations skills.
