Hayden Catholic High School is seeking a compassionate and organized Special Education Coordinator/Interventionist to support students with diverse learning needs while advancing our mission of Catholic education.

Responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating and implementing student accommodation and intervention plans
2. Providing direct academic interventions and monitoring student progress
3. Collaborating with teachers, counselors, families, and outside agencies
4. Maintaining confidential records and ensuring compliance with state and diocesan guidelines
5. Supporting faculty with strategies for differentiation and accommodations

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Special Education, Education, or related field (Masters preferred)
2. Appropriate licensure/certification preferred
3. Experience working with secondary students and intervention strategies
4. Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
5. Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education
