Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract This contract opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position supporting district-wide site-based programs known as MAPS PLUS. The role is based in Eagle Point, OR, serving a diverse student population across multiple educational levels. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to students in 3 elementary classes, 1 middle school class, and 1 high school class within the MAPS PLUS program. Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state guidelines. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts. Preferred Qualifications: Valid certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist with experience in school settings. Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders in pediatric populations. Ability to work across different age groups from elementary through high school. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with site-based programs or multi-grade caseloads is advantageous.
