Key Qualifications: Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain) Recent experience working in a school setting, particularly with elementary students Strong foundation in psychological assessment tools, behavior management strategies, and MTSS/RTI frameworks Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with students, staff, and families Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) during normal school hours Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to determine student needs and drive individualized plans Develop, implement, and monitor behavior management strategies to support positive student outcomes Consult regularly with teachers and parents to offer guidance and resources Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued interdisciplinary team member Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical and legal standards in school psychology practice This contract role offers you the flexibility to focus on clinical practice without the burdens of additional administrative duties.
