Qualifications and Desired Experience:

- Previous experience in a K-12 school counseling setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions addressing academic, personal, and social concerns
- Develop programs to enhance student success and overall well-being
- Support students through crisis intervention and provide resources and referrals as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Participate in student support teams and contribute to 504/IEP meetings as required
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
- Lead workshops and informational sessions for students, staff, and parents on relevant topics
