Required Qualifications & Desired Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred Comfort and competence working with children with diverse needs Experience with teletherapy platforms is a plus Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Role Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for assigned students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed Collaborate closely with parents, staff, and education teams to support student progress Maintain accurate, up-to-date service logs and progress notes in adherence with school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary decision-making This position offers the unique chance to work closely with a select group of students, allowing for focused and meaningful intervention.
