This full-time speech-language pathologist role allows you to provide both in-person and teletherapy services in a supportive school environment, making a difference in pediatric communication and learning outcomes. Key Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid SLP licensure for Vermont or eligibility to obtain ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly desirable Strong skills in collaborating across disciplines, adapting to IEP teams, and implementing evidence-based therapy Comfortable providing services via teletherapy platforms as well as onsite Excellent interpersonal communication, documentation, and organizational abilities Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students with diverse needs Develop, update, and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, special educators, and families Deliver direct therapyboth group and individualusing best practices in-person and remotely Monitor, document, and report student progress towards IEP goals, maintaining compliance with school and state regulations Attend multidisciplinary and IEP meetings, contributing professional expertise to student teams Educate staff and families on strategies to support language, articulation, fluency, and voice Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and stay current with regulations Enjoy competitive hourly compensation in the range of $45-55, along with the opportunity to shape student success in a friendly, collaborative school setting.
