Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active state license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
- Familiarity with IEP process and documentation
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, families, and other professionals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress reporting
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and student progress
- Provide recommendations to support classroom participation and academic success
