Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates also considered
- Prior experience in K-12 school settings highly valued
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students requiring SLP services
- Create and maintain individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students individually or in small groups
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to IEP development
