Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or valid pending application)
- Experience with school-aged children is highly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Comfort adapting therapy plans for diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for students
- Maintain and update documentation in compliance with district and federal regulations
- Consult and partner with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Help promote an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment
