Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current and valid OT license (or eligibility) in Idaho
• At least one year of experience providing occupational therapy services, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
• Working knowledge of IEP development and goal-setting
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to determine needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services tailored to students unique strengths and challenges
