Qualifications & Skills:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and intent to obtain ASHA certification
• Current or pending state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
• Desire to work within a collaborative, student-focused environment
• Passion for supporting diverse learners and innovative intervention strategies

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students within the school setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
• Deliver direct therapy sessions, tracking progress and modifying approaches as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support professionals to optimize student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for communication support
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
