Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure for speech-language pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience in school settings preferred, but not required
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate with diverse student populations
  • Competency in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing therapy plans
  • Excellent organization and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Design and deliver individualized and group therapy sessions aligned with student needs and IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure coordinated support
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports according to school and legal guidelines
