Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience providing psychological services in an educational setting
  • Strong understanding of assessment tools, intervention planning, and behavioral support
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and interventions
  • Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention support to students
  • Consult with educators and staff on strategies for improving classroom management and learning outcomes
  • Contribute to Response to Intervention (RTI) processes and data-driven decision-making
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
