Academic Dean of Students, Lake City Middle School
The Dean of Students serves as a member of the middle school administrative team and assists with the daily operation of the school, specifically in the areas of attendance, academics, behavioral, social emotional support, and disciplinary prevention and intervention services. The candidate needs to embrace an inclusive philosophy and demonstrate experience with a myriad of dynamic supports to students and families. Furthermore, the candidate should be self-directed and driven to set goals with transparent action steps toward those goals. This position will be a 220 contract.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Master's degree or higher in Educational Leadership/Educational Counseling or closely related field
preferred.
2. Administrative license preferred.
***This interim position will be from the start of the school year - December 2026.***
