This contract role focuses on providing high-quality care to a caseload of 13 preschool-aged students (ages 3-4) for the remainder of the school year, with an immediate start date. You'll work at a single site featuring a dedicated therapy space, allowing you to focus on making a real impact in a nurturing environment. Key Qualifications & Desired Experience: Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license with CCCs preferred (Clinical Fellowship Year candidates considered) Previous experience in pediatric settings, specifically with pre-K students, is strongly desired Background in teletherapy, educational-based, and healthcare SLP services a plus Comfortable conducting speech-language evaluations and developing IEPs Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, educators, and families Core Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy services to 13 preschool students, focusing on communication, articulation, receptive/expressive language, and social skills Provide direct therapy three days per week and conduct comprehensive initial evaluations two days per week Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans and goals in accordance with student IEPs Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other multidisciplinary team members to maximize developmental progress Maintain accurate documentation of services, assessments, and student progress Benefits & Perks: Experience working with a dedicated therapy space and supportive on-site resources Full-time, school-based hours for excellent work/life balance Opportunity to impact lives in a meaningful way within a vibrant early learning environment Take the next step in your SLP career and help shape the future for young learners.
