Key Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students physical needs and develop tailored treatment plans
• Deliver high-quality onsite physical therapy in alignment with each students Individualized Education Program (IEP)
• Work closely with teachers and staff to support student access to the curriculum and school activities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and session notes
• Educate school staff and families on physical therapy plans and home support strategies
• Adapt therapeutic interventions to maximize student participation
