What youll need to bring:

• Current Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA-CCC) in good standing
• Experience providing therapy to students at various developmental stages, from early childhood through high school
• Strong understanding of current best practices in assessment, intervention, and documentation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to a diverse caseload
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and maintain thorough, timely documentation
• Deliver engaging therapy sessionsboth individual and grouptailored to student goals
• Educate and support parents and teachers on speech and language development strategies
