Key Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) School-based experience preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds welcome Commitment to evidence-based therapy and individualized student care Collaborative team player who thrives in a school setting Excellent communication and organizational skills Position Details & Responsibilities: Contracted for 2.5 days per week (20 hours), allowing for excellent work-life balance Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students according to IEPs Effectively evaluate, plan, and carry out appropriate interventions for communication disorders Maintain consistent and clear documentation of progress and therapy sessions Work closely with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure holistic support for each student Support other on-site SLPs in team meetings and professional development Contribute to an environment where every student's voice is valued Step into a school-based role where your skills will be recognized and where your care will make a visible impact.
