JOB SUMMARY: The Dean of Students is responsible for supporting the execution and management of all practices and procedures related to the Code of Behavior to foster a positive school culture that promotes student growth and development. This role involves working closely with students, teachers, families and the administrative team to implement discipline guidelines and procedures. The Dean of Students is the building expert on code of behavior, a key member of the student support team and collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment. Job Description SALARY: Teacher Salary Scale. Length of Contract: 195 Days - Plus five (5) additional days to be worked with the mutual agreement of the principal any time during the school year. DAYS: 200 FULL TIME/PART TIME: Full time
