Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Kansas state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working in pediatric, school, or teletherapy settings preferred
  • Expertise in early intervention and knowledge of relevant assessment and therapy techniques
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • A genuine passion for improving the lives of children with communication challenges

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in early childhood populations
  • Develop effective, individualized treatment plans and monitor progress toward goals
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student success
  • Provide both direct and consultative services as needed, including participation in IEP/IFSP meetings
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation to ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms when appropriate to meet student needs
