Position Overview

What Youll Do

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments
• Interpret evaluation results and develop recommendations
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators
• Support IEP development and participate in team meetings
• Provide counseling and behavioral interventions as needed
• Help foster inclusive, supportive school environments

What Were Looking For

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Valid state licensure/certification (Delaware or eligible)
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage a flexible, hybrid schedule
