This full-time contract runs from August 2026 through May 2027, offering diverse caseloads and a chance to make a real impact supporting communication development for learners of all ages.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, active Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Virginia
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Willingness to complete time-sensitive credentialing, including a VA Department of Social Services background check and TB test prior to your start date
- Ability to manage varying student needs and balance responsibilities across assigned schools
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with their IEPs
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine individual needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer support and guidance for teachers regarding language and communication development
