This position is for the 2026-2027 school year

Ideal Candidate will have high levels of competentcy in the following:

PBIS - Positive Behavior Supports and how to build and maintain a sustainable system

Experinece in RtI - Building systems on Data and demonstrate academic improvment

Lead, run, and build PLC structures and processes

Principal certification is necessary to obtain this position.

This position is paid off the certified salary schedule, contracted 185 days, and does NOT include an administrative increment. Includes up to 20 additional days paid for by SBDM.

Qualifications:

Kentucky certification in Educational Leadership or Administration as appropriate for level/area of school vacancy

Master's Degree

Certification in State & District Certified Staff Evaluation System

Supervises:

all building level positions

Duties and Responsibilities:

Serves as the instructional leader for the school.

Implements Board policies and administrative procedures.

Successfully manages the day-to-day operations of the school.

Successfully manages all school budgets

Supervises and evaluates all building certified staff and all building classified staff
