Preferred candidates bring a Florida SLP license (Masters required, though outstanding CFY candidates will be considered), a passion for school-based therapy, and the flexibility to adapt to diverse caseloads and settings. Qualifications:

• Active Florida SLP license (Masters required; CFY considered)
• School-based experience is a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Adaptable to varying caseloads and age groups
• Committed to providing in-person student support
• SLPAs are not eligible for these roles at this time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment and therapy for identified speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff
• Monitor and document student progress
• Support students from varying age groups as assigned
