Under the direction of the Superintendent and as a member of the Superintendents Cabinet, plan, coordinate and administer the Districts personnel system including classified and certificated employees and programs; assure compliance with applicable District rules and policies, and state and federal laws, codes and regulations; assist the Superintendent in the administration of policies and negotiation of contracts related to certificated and classified personnel; serve as Pupil Attendance Officer to act upon inter- and intra- District attendance agreements; train, supervise and evaluate performance of assigned staff.
- Valid California Administrative Credential
- Valid California Teaching Credential
- Master's Degree in educational administration or related field
- Three years of experience in a leadership role preferred
