Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active GA Occupational Therapy License
• Previous experience with pediatric or school-based populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement therapy programs for students with diverse needs

What Youll Do:

• Deliver occupational therapy services onsite to preschool and elementary students, using evidence-based practices
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing students sensory, motor, and functional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide consultative support, education, and resources to staff and caregivers
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
