District LTS Librarian REPORTS TO: Building Principals (Hereford Elementary School and 4th & 5th Grade Center) TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Long Term Substitute (8/25/26 through 3/12/27) QUALIFICATIONS: PDE Library Science Certification ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provide instruction to elementary library students Provides an educational atmosphere consistent with instructional goals Manages student behavior to encourage best possible student educational experience Evaluates student's academic growth, keeps appropriate records and prepares progress reports other duties as assinged by building principal PREEMPLOYMENT PAPERWORK REQUIREMENTS: PA State Police Clearance (Act 34) Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151) FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114) School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test) PDE 6004 Form (Act 24) Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168) EEO/M/F/V/D More information can be found here:
