School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Pensacola, Florida

Empower elementary students by providing essential speech-language services in a vibrant educational setting this upcoming school year. Were seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) with CCC certification to work on-site beginning August 12, 2026, and continue through May 25, 2027. This full-time contract opportunity offers 37.5 hours per week, working directly with approximately 45 elementary school students.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current, valid licensure as an SLP; CCC required
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting students educational and developmental growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat elementary students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain up-to-date student records and progress reports
• Serve as a critical resource for faculty and parents regarding communication strategies and interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and attend professional development as required

• Full-time, on-site role in an engaging school environment
• Caseload of approximately 45 elementary students (number of schools assigned TBD)
• Dates: August 12, 2026 May 25, 2027
• Prescreen interviews may be required; availability between 911 a.m. or 23 p.m. EST preferred (with some flexibility)
