What We're Looking For

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Texas state licensure in good standing or eligibility.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Valid Educator's License or eligibility for district certification.
  • Client-specific requirement: Must be available for full-time, in-person school-based work; remote or hybrid arrangements will not be accepted.
  • Client-specific requirement: Must be open to assignments across the district, with many openings located south of I-30; willingness to work in multiple schools within the district as assigned.
  • Client-specific requirement: Bilingual candidates are preferred for certain openings.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide speech and language therapy in a school-based setting.
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams.
  • Maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.
