We are seeking a dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and support K-12 students throughout the school year. Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current Pennsylvania OT licensure (or eligibility)
Experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of IEP processes and special education regulations
Key Responsibilities:
Assess students and develop individualized therapy plans
Provide direct therapy services focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional school participation
Collaborate with teachers and staff to create classroom accommodations
Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and help set meaningful goals
Provide guidance and resources for parents and caregivers
