This contract position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week during the 2026-2027 school year, with placements beginning August 10, 2026, and ending May 27, 2027. You'll have the opportunity to work on-site in vibrant school communities, serving a caseload tailored to your assignment. Caseload assignments and age group will be based on direct-hire assignments and may vary, ensuring a dynamic and engaging daily routine. We are actively seeking passionate, qualified Speech-Language Pathologists who thrive in educational settings. Qualifications & Experience: Valid Florida SLP License required Master's degree preferred; consideration given to candidates with bachelor's degrees Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates Experience working in a school-based setting is an asset Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to working on-site (remote/VOCO is not available for this role) Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy to students with varied needs Complete speech-language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to support student success Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school district requirements Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture Pay for this opportunity ranges from $37-$50 per hour for SLPs with CCC's, and $30-$43 per hour for those completing their CFY, depending on your experience and credentials.
