Assignments are determined on a first-come, first-serve basis, providing variety and growth as you help students achieve important communication milestones. Desired Qualifications: Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license (Master's degree required; exceptional candidates with qualifying bachelor's degrees may be considered) Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY); SLPAs are not being accepted for this position Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with students, families, and school staff Flexibility to adapt to changing caseloads and assignment needs Experience in educational settings preferred, though not required Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy services to a diverse school-based population Complete assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress Engage in collaboration with educators, administration, and families to maximize student outcomes Provide clear documentation and maintain compliance with all relevant guidelines and district procedures Actively contribute to school teams and ongoing student success initiatives What Awaits:
