Key Qualifications: Active Virginia SLP licensure required Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, all levels considered Willingness to begin required background check with the VA Dept. of Social Services immediately TB test completion required for credentialing Available full-time, onsite (no virtual or hybrid options) Primary Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a diverse student population Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families for student support Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Maintain thorough documentation and comply with school/district policies Compensation for this role is based on your experience, with competitive pay ranging from $49 to $61 per hour for those with 0-10+ years of school SLP experience.
