Requirements: Valid Master's degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program Active Arizona OT license IVP fingerprint clearance card (time-sensitive) Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, but open to all experience levels Strong interpersonal, assessment, and documentation skills Key Responsibilities: Provide targeted OT services to Pre-K through 12th-grade students as assigned Travel to on-site locations across multiple schools (caseload and locations TBD) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams Maintain thorough records and adhere to district and state compliance standards Contribute to IEP meetings and support a positive learning environment Why apply?
