Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support students for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a flexible opportunity offering both full-time and part-time options in a supportive school environment. Position Details:
Schedule: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM (school hours)
Grade Levels: Pre-K through 2nd grade
Location: Approximately 25 minutes from Norwich, CT
August 2026 - May 2027 Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Attend and actively participate in PPT (Planning and Placement Team) meetings
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support communication goals
Contribute to IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
What We're Looking For:
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Connecticut
CCC-SLP preferred (CFs may be considered)
Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
