Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract A school district in Wilmington, Delaware is working with Soliant to contract a full-time school psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year. Ideal candidates must have a Master's Degree or higher in School Psychology (or a related field) with a pending or active Delaware certification in School Psychology. Wilmington has a smaller, quieter city feel but is commutable from major metropolitan cities such as Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Baltimore, and New York City. Conduct psychological and educational assessments to evaluate student needs Experience in the K-12 school setting Interpret data and develop comprehensive evaluation reports Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings in accordance with IDEA Provide individual and group counseling services Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement academic and behavioral interventions Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Support crisis intervention and student safety planning Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Soliant offers competitive, weekly and hourly pay (based on experience).
