Duties

Oswego Community Unit School District 308 is currently recruiting exceptional candidates for the position of Assistant Principal at Southbury Elementary School.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a valid/registered Professional Educator License with a Principal or General Administrative endorsement, three to five years of experience inclusive of leadership experience at the elementary school level preferred, additional skills required are excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of school improvement process and collaborative leadership style.

Salary/Benefits

Starting salary range for this position is $83,800 - $87,000 depending on educational background and experience.

A comprehensive benefits package including Board-paid TRS and THIS contributions, five days paid vacation per year, and 80% district-paid medical (including 100% reimbursement for non-emergency care at Rush affiliated providers on our PPO & HCA plans) and dental insurance.
