School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Gadsden, Arizona

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active Arizona SLP License
• Current AZ Educator Certificate
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience supporting PreK-8th grade caseloads is strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide speech-language intervention for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support comprehensive student growth
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student planning
• Provide education and resources to staff and families regarding speech and language development
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes
