Required Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to K12 students under supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Assess, diagnose, and support treatment planning for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders (as appropriate for CFY level)
  • Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress
  • Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse learning needs and cultural backgrounds
  • Engage in ongoing mentorship and supervision activities to successfully complete CFY requirements
