We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative School Psychologist to support students, families, and school teams within a Philadelphia-area school district. This role focuses on promoting student success through comprehensive psychological services, including evaluations, consultation, and intervention planning across K-12 populations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results
Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and re-evaluations
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
Provide behavioral consultation and intervention strategies
Support the development and implementation of FBA/BIP plans
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with PA and IDEA regulations
Contribute to a positive and supportive school environment
Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
Active Pennsylvania certification as a School Psychologist
(PA Educational Specialist Certificate preferred)
Experience with school-based evaluations and IEP processes
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with PA compliance and timelines preferred
Clearance Requirements (PA)
PA State Police Criminal Record Check (Act 34)
PA Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training
