School Psychologist

A school district in the Providence, Rhode Island area is seeking a qualified School Psychologist for a fulltime, schoolbased contract. This position serves K12 students and focuses on assessment, intervention, and collaboration to support academic achievement and socialemotional development. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to evaluate academic, cognitive, and socialemotional functioning
• Interpret assessment results and prepare clear, compliant written evaluation reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student learning, behavior, and mental health needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Support a safe, inclusive, and studentcentered learning environment

Qualifications

• Active School Psychologist licensure in Rhode Island
• Ability to pass background checks, fingerprinting, and district clearances
• Prior experience preferred
