The assignment runs from August 10th, 2026, through June 17th, 2027. Qualifications: Active Maryland PT license required Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload (Early Intervention and K-12) Strong communication/collaboration skills with school teams and families Commitment to evidence-based practices and compliance with school protocols Key Responsibilities: Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students requiring physical therapy services Deliver direct and consultative therapy within classrooms and school environments Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and support staff to integrate therapy into educational programs Document services and student progress according to district and state requirements Participate in IEP/IFSP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for student goals Support educational access and mobility, promoting safety, participation, and independence Throughout your assignment, you'll find opportunities to innovate, contribute your knowledge, and help students overcome barriers to learning.
