Qualified candidates bring: A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Active state licensure for practicing SLP services in educational and teletherapy contexts Prior experience working with school-aged children or in pediatric settings Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and families Comfort with telepractice platforms and technology for virtual therapy, documentation, and meetings Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Key responsibilities include: Conducting assessments to determine students' speech, language, and communication needs Creating individualized treatment plans and therapy goals based on evaluation outcomes Providing direct therapy services both onsite and through secure teletherapy platforms Monitoring progress, maintaining accurate records, and adjusting strategies as needed Collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists to integrate services into classroom environments Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the development of goals and supports This contract position offers the flexibility to practice onsite and via teletherapy, providing a variety of professional challenges and the ability to adapt your schedule for optimal work-life balance.
