The successful candidate will implement a comprehensive school counseling program aligned with the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) model and North Dakota standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide individual and small group counseling to support student academic, social, and emotional growth Deliver classroom guidance lessons across grade levels Assist students with academic planning and goal setting Support college and career readiness, including postsecondary planning and scholarship guidance Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Respond to crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions Maintain accurate and confidential student records Coordinate and support 504 plans and collaborate on MTSS/RTI processes Refer students and families to outside resources as needed Promote a positive, inclusive school climate Qualifications Master's degree in School Counseling or related field Valid North Dakota School Counselor Credential (or ability to obtain) Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of ASCA National Model preferred Experience working with K-12 students preferred Benefits North Dakota Teacher Retirement (TFFR) Single or family health insurance options Paid sick and personal leave Professional development opportunities Application Process Interested applicants should submit the following: Cover letter Resume Copies of transcripts North Dakota teaching/counselor license Three letters of recommendation Email to: ...
