QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's Degree, or equivalent of 2 years of college preferred
Wide range of software and technology skills
Two years of clerical and/or secretarial experience involving contact with the public.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may deem appropriate and acceptable.
GOAL: Assure smooth and efficient operations of the school office in order that the maximum positive impact on the education of children can be realized. Perform a wide variety of clerical and secretarial duties and assist the principal in routine administrative tasks and coordinate school office activities; perform public relations and communications services. Will also work to learn and support some of the bookkeeper's tasks.
