We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to support students in a school-based setting in Riverside, California. This role focuses on helping students improve mobility, strength, and functional skills so they can fully participate in their educational experience. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to evaluate students' physical needs and develop therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
Deliver physical therapy services in various school environments, including classrooms, playgrounds, and therapy spaces
Work collaboratively with educators, special education teams, and related service providers
Maintain thorough documentation, including progress notes and compliance records
Recommend and implement adaptations, equipment, and strategies to enhance student independence
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current California PT license or eligibility to obtain one
Prior experience with pediatric or school-based populations is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload effectively
